Al-Khair Consultants was established by my late father Sayyed Muhammad Abul Khair in the year 1970. As a shrewd businessman and having profound insight into the manpower recruitment business, he envisaged much before others, a huge manpower supply potential for Saudi Arabia in the mid-70s. This was a period when the pace of development in Saudi Arabia was at its peak. Without wasting time therefore, he focused all his energies to it and working tirelessly round the clock, he was soon able to capture sizeable market for manpower supply to Saudi Arabia at that time. The Al-Khair Consultants thus not only gained a reputation of the only fair-dealing manpower recruiting company in the market, but also came to be known as one of the Leading Manpower Suppliers for Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries from Pakistan.
